please help me... i have 2 ipod 4th gen clone.. one is ok and the other is death... i can't find a firmware!!!!

i try to import the firmware on my pc from the functioning player with s1res, s1fwx, but it doesn't work... the firmware that create is invalid...

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
