Is it only happening for a MIC file? Or does it happen with other files too?
Try also do a CHECKDISK on your drive from Windows Explorer and make it repair on any errors or mark them as 'bad' if it finds errors. Could possibly be a bad memory block in your player's memory instead that's causing it.
What you can also try doing is deleting everything and start putting 4-5 files on there and see if they play, and add more and more as you go until it errors it. Or does it error on the first file as well?
