If the problem is not caused by the files being stored in the hacked area of memory, the probable cause is incorrect video format.
I re-encode all my vids using viDrop viDrop - free open-source converter for RockChip players
avi format
video
xvid codec
width = 320
height = 240
fps = 25
audio
codec = mp3
srate = 48000
channels = joint-stereo
bitrate = 128
These settings have worked for me, so I haven't tried altering them.
