To be honest, I don't think the MP3 Player Utilities was designed to work with .FLV files. When the 3.68 version came out (at least 4-5 years ago), I don't think it was intended for .FLV videos. I think the best solution is to first convert it to .AVI then use the converted .AVI to convert to .AMV video instead.
The other option is to try a newer version of the MP3 Player Utilities to see if that works but I don't think it will work.
If anyone else has had luck, please reply and let us all know but I personally don't think it's possible.
