my mp4 player is stuck at the opening screen!
my player got stuck at the opening screen because i was tempted to place a gif file(14 fps) as an opening,and then 20 mins later my player is still stuck at reading and placing it as an opening screen, so got no choice but to press the reset button and once i turned it on the player is stuck in the opening...
is there a way to restore everything back to default?i cant change its firmware or restore its firmware because the PC doesnt read the player anymore(its stuck at the opening so it makes sense why it cant read it)
im sorry for the trouble~
