I have this mp3 mp4 thing it's got a metal case, 2 gb, mini sd slot, camera, mic on bottom, power switch on top, the cross buttons not circle, radio all that blah

Anyways my problem is it just stoped working one day, shows what I call blue loading screen of doom.

I can't get it to load anymore no matter what I do. Ive seen the diffrent online things that say press such and such buttons and go into it and format.. none of that works. I think it's because i'm not finding the right firmware or somthing.. it's so annoying to try to look this up and not find anything usefull so I'm just gona ask for help.

Yes I have tried many times. Still nothing.

I can take it apart and give any information about it if asked.. I just want it to work again
