I did the same thing, if you navigate your way along to settings (the cog) you can normally scroll down and you will find at the bottom of the settings menu.

Try (without turning it on) taking a quality USB cable and plugging it in. The problem is, they come with really piss poor USB cables. Sadly, I don't know whether you can recover them or not. I know that mine never broke because I am skeptical about any shit from China (why did I buy it then?????) but I used the USB cable that came with my INQ1 (high data throughput lead).
On another note, looks like we have the 1-up version of our particular product:

Who is to bet these are not 4GB hacked frankenflash ?
Hope the admin doesn't ban me for being skeptical but come on... We know that 16GB is plausible... 32GB for so cheap (With a touch screen) is just ridiculous. I hope nobody is silly enough to purchase one.
