A broken player after two months of use, in most cases caused by user upgrading with wrong firmware im not saying this was the case here) but to call this a SCAM is a bit to much i must say.

And as i said earlier the warranty is still valid from the manufacturer.
But i repeat and apologize that we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused for any of our buyers.

Im here to set thing right, and to let everyone know that we take our responsibility to compensate any buyer for faulty products.

I have sent PM to member who posted this and have not received any reply, he may never return to read my message and i have no way helping him.
