Default My mp4 is stopped on the loading page, and when he skip gives disk error
Please some one can give me link for firmware version 9.5.54.

My mp4 is stopped on the loading page, and when he skip gives disk error.

I think it is firmware problem...
He appear as apple ipod, he is generic.
He has 2gb memory.
How can I discovery number of my chip?

I do not know more details...
If necessary I will post an image from my mp4


If somebody knows how can I can revive he I will be very thanks.
