I was just reading your post and would like to ask you some questions.
1. When you say "fraud" what do you mean? I think "fraud" being a player has been hacked, was your player hacked?
2. The problem with playing videos, I think your videos may need to be converted to a certain specification before it can play on your player. I'm not entirely sure as I don't have one of these players but generally majority of the MP4 players need their videos converted before it can be played.
3. Given that you said it overheated and now 'dead', have you sent them a Support Ticekt for your issue? Click on the "Contact Us" link on the right of the site (or here:
osTicket :: Support Ticket System) and put through a support ticket and see what happens... I have no direct connection with MP4Nation (though I have emailed the admin of MP4Nation a few times in the past) so I wish I could could do more but I can't.
4. Reading from your forum post, you have ordered FOUR different products from MP4Nation? The Nationite OS-72HR, Onda OX545HD, E3 amp and E5 amp? Is that right? Wow, that's a lot of players and two out of four are dead?
5. Are you able to post some photos of your player? Would be interesting to see what they look like......
