Yes, I totally agree with what makd said above. You should definitely file a dispute with PayPal to get your money back. You should have a strong case.
Hopefully this will be a warning to future buyers, but unfortunately people tend to buy first, find the problems, find this site and then it's too late, they've already parted with their money.......
