Yes I know, I had this error too. There is already an existing solution: The Programm is called "bootit" and you habe to "Flip the bit" of your drive..that is enough.

Download this software: Lexar USB Flip the Removable Media Bit Tool | Portable USB Pen Drive Applications
On Vista: Run as Administrator
Then connect you player, choose it on the list. Set Partition: 'active'!
Click "Flip Removable Bit"
Wait a second or two then there comes a window, that it is ready .
Now you can plug the player out and you finished!
