Default Mp5 goes white screen after successful upgrade

(I found these codes inside my MP5 MADE IN JAPAN AN-923, CAMERA ID FLT-0307-7678F, BOARD ID ZX-8059R-TLSK-T V1.2, LCD ID M403A659 M30112A672 FPCFTM280P 3N-00 )... I can hear the key button sound when i press any of them and. I can still access the file using usb. I tried different firmware but still nothing works.
Please help me Identify the correct firmware for this.
