I bought 2x 32 gb mp3 mp4 of these rizone players in june this year and up until now Only used 1 of them with no problems but I tried to sell the other 1 last week and managed to load a file on it for my customer (with a bit of difficulty) I even managed to get it to work after a fashion, but when he tried to use it his computer did not recognize it & now I cant access it, I am just getting the HELLO screen & nothing else, I believe the firmware is corrupt, I have been in touch with the suppliers and informed them both of the problem. Both = They came from 2 different suppliers, as I said the other one is working without any faults.I will cross my fingers and see what happens, let you know the results.
