Hey all. I just got a MP4 from my cousin and I tried to upgrade its firmware (I know... I was stupid, but I had not done research), but now all I get is a blue screen without an hourglass. I could not find a firmware that would fix it.
I believe that it is the green one that is not the ME2 in this video:
