Default Hacked player said 16, really 2.

Bought a player advertised as "NEW 3.0" 16GB MP3 MP4 Touch Screen OGG RMVB Player N" by Nan_Store on ebay 11th Dec. Arrived 4th Jan and at first I thought it was all working fine, left good feedback. Turns out it's a hacked memory (of which I was ignorant of beforehand). It's a 16gigaBIT, so really 2gigabye. It has been hacked to say 16gigabyte in the computer, and I so far have been unable to change this.

To date, I've contacted ebay's Trust and Security, and the seller. I will wait 24hrs for the seller to respond (I want a full refund), otherwise I will file a complaint with Paypal.

The player looks like this (not mine, but looks identical).

PS:
I've read many guides and tried quite a number of "hack fixes", but so far none have worked. If anyone's had some luck with a player like this I would love to know how.

MP3 Disk Utils didn't detect the drive
Check Flash only 'found' it in logical, when I click physical it disappears.
H2TestW did work, and it said it's 1.8gb.
I managed to find the memory chip branding, a Hynix, and it's advertised as 16gb, but it's gigaBIT not gigaBYTE.
