Oh, I see what I you mean, my mistake, I sent you the wrong link altogether! It was meant to be for MTV Converter instead but you've tried that already.
Have you tried
MTV Convert Tool 3.13 (MP3 Player Utilities 3.13)?
When you install it, you'll see a "
MTV Video Convert Tool" program. Try using that and see if that works on your player or not.
Also, you can try:
MTV Video Converter 2.9
To find out your player's firmware, go to the 'Setup' menu within your player's main menu then there should be an item called "
Firmware Info" or something similar there. If you can post the details from there, that will help.
