Default Dead Anyka player - shows white screen
Hi there i got a Mp4 touchscreen and i started to update the firmware but i don`t know why it fail`s to format can please help me with this problem ?

It have a Anyka Ak 3631 chip. Now it dosen`t start when i plug the USB is shows a white screen and nothing!
