Unhappy FA15-16R issue, what to do now?

the only information of my mp4 or mp5 player -i am even not sure of that - is FA5-16R which i bought from tinydeal.com
it is 16gb memory with sd card support.

it was working right, if i don't transfer so many songs, so i wondered if it is faked. because if i transfer more than 4 gb, it wasn't able to update the media library.

i have tested it with H2testw and the result is:
The media is likely to be defective.
7.5 GByte OK (15914336 sectors)
7.7 GByte DATA LOST (16183968 sectors)
Details:0 KByte overwritten (0 sectors)
0 KByte slightly changed (< 8 bit/sector, 0 sectors)
7.7 GByte corrupted (16183968 sectors)
0 KByte aliased memory (0 sectors)
First error at offset: 0x00000001e5aab000
Expected: 0x00000001e5aab000
Found: 0x0706050403020100
H2testw version 1.3
Writing speed: 4.52 MByte/s
Reading speed: 7.80 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4

so can i say it is a 8gb device?
i tried to get the firmware to have more info, but rkusb.tag -and the other names like frk, teclast stc- didn't work, so i am not sure about anything.
what can you tell me about this whole thing? what should i do?
