Can you give us some more information about your player?
- Where did you buy it from? Is there a website link to the player?
- Do you have a sample video that came with your player? If so, can you upload it somewhere so we can take a look at the settings of that sample video?
- In your player's main menu, go to "Setup" and in there, look for something like "Firmware Info" or "About" and post us the firmware information of your player. That will tell us what type of chipset your player has so can help in determining what video format/settings it needs to play properly.
