Default Need "private key" and "devcert template"
Hello
i have an action mp4 player whose board no. is zx-kc-8035r and chip no. atj2137n. i want to upgrade its firmware to ver.13.00.10.1020.09090 i have the firmware but when i tries to install the firmware using mp3 player product tools it asks for Private Key & Devcert template i cant find these files anywhere and the software refused to flash.
please link me to these 2 files and provide some info about that.

please my mp4 is dead currently.
