Default I've had this happen too..

I've had this happen with mine also, when it works properly and has a tf card in it, it should show 2 drives. One thing I found that DID help, was using a different USB cord. The lightweight ones don't seem to do the trick, or pickup interference or something. Anyway, I use one from my sons iRiver PMP120, it has a rf-filter on it at one end (bit buldge) and is heavy guage wire.

Reconnect again and again, until you have 2 drives showing. I had to stop most of the applications running on my pc for it to properly pickup the drives, then you copy your stuff, and you're done. Also try in a different pc, some will have easier time than others seeing it. I have win7 64 ultimate, works ok, but often does NOT show 2 drives. About every 10th connect it see's both. It see's the internal drive most every time. Be sure you have enough drive letters left, too (for those with tons of devices).

Often times it does NOT update the internal 'directory' of whatever is on tf card for music. All music does then NOT show the files from tf card.. Other times when you pop in a card, it scans it immediately & tells you on screen that its "Updating Medialib...".

So the music ability is cripled by this, because you have to pick each song [at least from tf card], and can't let it use it's "all music" interface.. Instead you have to use 'Explore" and look thru the "SD CARD" file list.. You can play one directory easily, but not shuffle, it seems to reset and play files from the beginning of your list.

TIP: be SURE you format the tf card to fat32, for it to recognize/work properly.
