Exclamation My MP4 player has an actions chip, but that's all I know!
I recently purchased a new MP4 off ebay... I have owned one which looks exactly the same but this now has bigger capacity and more features like a camera etc. The problem is... the interface SUCKS! especially in music mode, the buttons are in the middle rather in the corners, so I have to look at it every time to just change a song! So I have been trying to identify my device, all I can see is that the chip is Actions ATJ2237T and looks like this:

Note the music icon up the top is orange, different to the standard green... this is supposedly a new one.

Anyway, I would really like to know if there is some other firmware that I can put on here, replacing the existing interface that is on there.... is it possible??
