Don't do any firmware upgrade or any funny things with your player. If you do it might go dead and you will never recover it back. Most probably it has 2Gb memory ...you would be very lucky if you have more. Just try and format the drive on Windows (Fat 32) and use the real memory space for all your Mp3s and Mp4s. Try and backup all you can like firmware etc and keep it safe if something goes bad, that will help to fix it. REMENBER ...only few people have fixed their players back to normal after loading a WRONG firmware. For majority of them it has been "Bad Luck", mostly because of right firmware is not available.
Note: Practically there is no 32Gb chip available in that low price and size to fit a small unit like that, Ebay is the only place where this magic happens.
