Default Help mp4 player, Empty Disk error.

hi everyone, im from venezuela so excuse me for my english ok xD.

ok I have a MP4 player, generic, 1gb, and one time i was using linux and the pc just turn off, when I start again the linux and connect my mp4, the system says that the partition table was bad os was necesary create a newone and format it, I just did that and since then when I copy music to my MP4 when i go to play it says EMPTY DISK. I've been reading A LOT about this and

I've been reading a lot about this, and I mean that I have formatted the MP4 to FAT and FAT32, both at low and high level, and nothing, says empty disk in the mp4, I do not put songs in folders because before I had them in the root and there was no problem. Try to make a backup with s1fwx but I get an error that I don't know what is. I made a clone with s1clone and try to install other firmware and anything does not turn on, only when I restore the clone with s1clone start and made everything except play Music (video, images and others who need the disc) because says empty disk.

s1clone give me this information:

For more than look, I mean hours of searching, I found no exact firmware for this mp4, dealing with many but not serve, I try like 5 firmwares, someone can help me?, someone have the original firmware for this device?. Or can make a clone and send it to me please.
