I will say this, safe2star IS trying to do the right thing, ie a full refund and no quibble, no return necessary. He's refunded one item already just waiting for the other one.
I will let you know if this works out.

Whoever would have thought that items boasting household electronics names like Samsung could possibly have anything fake or illegal about them?
Thats what tripped me up, thinking how could they rig a commercially manufactured part?
