Default Rizone '32gb' mp3 player

Hello all, I just have a few questions for the great people of this forum.

First, I just wanna say that I do know this is a hacked mp3 player. I bought this mp3 player with the intention of getting a refund ($10 for a 4Gb player with micro-sd support is still an excellent price)

Believe it or not, I've been using it for about a year now and it has not had any problems so I have been very happy with it.

I never updated any firmwares or changed any technical settings to make sure it lasts as long as it can. I kept less than 4gb of music on the hard drive and put my videos on the memory card.

However, just the other day, the screen kinda got warped. The player still works but you can't see half the screen.

This is what it looks like:

Is this because of the cheap player and parts or did the screen get crushed somehow? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Would a firmware update fix this problem without killing the player? Would I be able to buy a replacement screen (I know they are very cheap) or just open the back and adjust a wire or something? Or am I better off just purchasing a new one?

Thanks for any and all help!

Ian
