Hi,

I have a 16GB no brand name and model. The back cover is silver. This player can play movies, music, and radio but, the vocal of the music sound very light. Below is the firmware info prior to format this device:

It took along time to format the unit using Windows then failed. Eventually, I can not found this unit any more, power on with hour glass on the display. I have tried three AK1025 firmwares from s1wf.com but no luck. Please advice!
