Some questions for you:
- When you plug in the USB cable and plug it into your computer, does your computer recognise the player and show up a "removable disk" drive when you go into "My Computer"?
- If it does, then all you need to do is copy your music files onto it like you would to a floppy disk, just copy and paste it into that "removable disk" drive.
- Does your player operate and work normally though?
- If your computer doesn't show up a drive, what you can do is try a different USB CABLE instead and see if that works (this isn't really a question, instead a suggestion
).
