I ordered mp4 (8gb) from their site about a year ago. I received it but one of the memory chip (4gb) was broken, so I had usable 4gb of internal memory. I kept sending them emails and they refunded some of the money.
Also I ordered a phone from there, the package contained two batteries (one additional) and one was broken. Besides that its ok.
