i have an Area mp4 player that is dead

chip:ATJ2091N
memory: Samsung 4gb
board: TCH B803 V2
display: GiantPlus kmf136i01-1a
fm chip: yes(i didn't use the radio so it isn't important for me)
battery:Li Ion 3.7V

please help me to find a firmware
