You can put the seller: (best-phone-cell) on the blacklist of hacked players. I bought 2 from him both were no good in terms of functionality and being hacked. First one was hacked to 2GB as confirmed from Test2W with a battery that would hold a charge so rendered player completely useless.

Another one sold with a touch screen that didn't even work. No touch function at all. Sells not only hacked but broken and defective players.
