4GB MP3/MP4 White Screen
Last 6 months I bought my 4gb MP4... It looks like an iPod Nano 3rd Gen.
Yesterday... it's still working fine and then when the battery ran out, I charged my MP4 and when I used it... suddenly all I can see is just a white screen.
I haven't changed anything in the firmware yet. I really need help...
at the front of my mp4 below the screen... this is written ..
"CD-R KING™ SB-266 4G-FM" (without the quotations)
When I plug it in my computer, my computer can still detect it... I tried formatting it but nothing happened...
When I open "MP3 Player firmware upgrading tool" it says these things:

Device Name:
Productor:
Version: 9.5.54
So far I haven't done anything yet that might cause my player dead.
What should I do to fix this?
