well I found a way to fix it. I followed this but didn't worked
How To: Removing Memory Hack. It didn't fixed the hacked size. Instead you have to adjust the encrypted size so the second driver do not exceed its real capacity. And in my case it was..... 1GB :'(. I bought a 16GB player and I end up with a a 1GB. It is not even a good deal for the price. A sony should be cheaper. And it even have less memory than my phone. I was thinking on how to flash the firmware so I get ride of the chinese menus... but I think I will just throw it.
