solved at last followed ARMGUTX instructions

Used the consumer update 3.1.2.1 software than opened HTC-039C-MLC-EN-1.84V-15--9325-080521B.rfw plugged in mp4 player to pc then found rockchip device then opened file rockusb.sys it then loaded drivers then pressed update on program and bingo updated firmware and now working perfect also looks better than the older firmware
