The version i had when i first bought it was v1.00.
I tried the migear firmware, but certain things from the menu were missing, then i found skytex which had everything like it did before except the text to speech. Skytex as better icons and seems to run a little quicker. No improvement on the radio tho.
The only real difference with skytex firmware is the colours and a few tweaks minus text to speech, other than that, its the same as the original version.
I'm not sure where to find version 1.05.
The Mebook, primer, and migear are all the same hardware i assume, but with different firmware and brandings. I've tried the migear and skytex and all work ok, but skytex is what i prefer rather than the original firmware.
