I allready tried all these options before testing the players with H2testw 1.4. It was not a matter of recognizing the video's. It was just not possible to load more than one video on the players. The promised 16GB memory capacity of both players turned out to be less then 2Gb! It was even not possible to place SD cards in the SD slots (we tried this out at the store where we wanted to buy the SD cards). The players are crap, we've been decieved.
