Default Lisong Design MP4 startup problem
Hi, I have a Lisong Design MP4.

It has a problem, I just received it from somebody. While connected to USB, it is fully functional. If you plug out the USB cable, it cannot be started using the switch on it's top.

What is the problem and how would I resolve it?
