You can get the firmware version information by going into your player's "Info" from the "Setup" menu.
To get the plate, LCD and chipset numbers, you'll need to open up your player as it's printed on your player's board and LCD screen.
That will help in finding the correct firmware for your player.

Unforunatly the player is stuck at a welcome screen.
