i purchased last november 2010 an MP4 at tinydeal.com and i received the item
last week of february 2011. and guess what? i received a defective item from them. i sent back the mp4 to them which cost me more than $7 to return the item.
they told me that it will take 2-4weeks for the item to be fixed, so i thought
it will take another almost 3 months before i receive the MP4. i asked them for a refund instead because i was scared i might receive another defective item from them.
i tried purchasing another item ((1.4" 4 GB MP4 Player with FM Radio Sound Recorder(JF05-04S) 1.4" 4 GB MP4 Player with FM Radio Sound Recorder(JF05-04S) )) last may 23, 2011 and i received the item july 14, 2011. it took almost 7weeks for me to receive the item, BUT AGAIN, i got DEFECTIVE MP4 from them

i asked for a refund for that and they offer me 50% of it because i will not send back again the item to them since it'll cost me another more than $7 just to send back the item. and they told me that they will lose much money from their pocket if they will refund the full amount. is it my fault to received a defective item from them?? tinydeal is such a big problem
