Firstly dose anybody know where I can get an instruction manual from, secondly, I have read on a posting that there is a reset button, whereas I can not locate it and thirdly, dose anybody have any experience with this player to suggest what might be the reason for the intermittent operation and freezing of this player. There is a reset hole on the side of the player, you need an open paper clip.
