What exactly did you mean?
If you are speaking about touchscreen driver, then I can't say anything - I broke touch on my 8900 and throw it away. If about Lcd driver - then yes, it's mostly the same, differences are in power-on command sequence and screen size. It seems to be very similar to ili9230, but has some extended commands
