Ok so i'm having problems turning on my new mp4 touchscreen. i just got it the exact day and stop working that exact day. It only turned on one time and after that when i turn it on, it says welcome and goes blank. if there's nothing i can do about it i understand, ill just send it back but i really think this is a cool device, i just want to know if there are any solutions to fixing it before i decide to send it back, Here is an image of it :
