hi, i have an ebook rockchip, this ebook stopped working properly since last week, i dont know why, but everytime i shut down my ebook, everything in it erases completely, so when i turn it on, there is nothing in it, and when i try to open it from my computer it says that it hasn't a format, so after i give it a format (fat32) it seems like its ok, i transfer my books, but again, if i turn it off everything erases

Portable Radio Video Audio 7" 4GB HD Color eBook Reader - DinoDirect.com) this is the second one i buy, the first one i gave it to my mother and works just fine idk why mine does not.
So have been reading here and think the solution is to reinstall the firmware but it seems impossible to find it enywhere, i have downloaded 2 programs but i dont know how to use it.
The current firmware is Rockchip RK28XX Version V1.1.0
If anyone knows where i can download the rockchip RK2808/06 im not sure which one is mine because it only says RK28XX when i see the ebook properties.
About the pictures, the first one ask me for a *.img file i've been looking for it but i cant find it, same as the second pic that asks for a *.bin file (this is supossed to intall skytex firmare, still dont know how to use it)
If anyone could help me
, i would like to install the skytex firmware over the deafult one
