Default seller VI LONG
The device sold by VI LONG is 100% functional, BUT he ships it with the Chinese language default, and one of the totally useless Chinese English language manuals. When you complain, he jerks you around, sends you to a 100% Chinese language website for help, etc.
I told him that he is not better than a thief, and he proved I was right!
