A f***... seller in Colombia

Hello, Thanks for all the help that you gave me but now I am in a big problem:

Searching the Forum I think that all my problems were because I have a "hacked player".
I download the HP Format Tool or something like that and Formatted it, and now it is in 108Mb from "4Gb"...

Well, I went to the fucking seller and I showed my position and showed in the settings the space info, ok he saw 108Mb...

All were well but this motherfucker said me that he will change it only if I back the 4Gb to this screen...

Please help me, what can I do?.

Hello, in Colombia you can sue him (or least menace him) for "Publicidad Engañosa" (faudulent publicity) and if him is smart give you money back and compensate the trouble, in my case he has to return 1.5 times the payment.
