jsevinsk,
Email me at supremesolutions@comcast.net Ill take care of the problem.

rippedofbypowersellerturb,

Yeah i hear ya on that one. I have sent money to china and not got anything at all Its very difficult to sell on ebay. One you compete with the whole world. Then second you risk all your money to only make a few bucks. The gigabit deal was our supplier telling us they are not gigabyte but gigabit. I didnt know much about them. Then after i google the conversion i guess it made sence so we changed our ad to Gb for gigabit. I would think after my inventory is gone i will not be selling anything memory related.

Well I better get a refund before your inventory is gone because you are still continuing to lie and avoid your buyers who have found you out. I have sent you numerous emails, left you negative feedback, filed 3 disputes against you but yet you still do not respond. I have sent you a Money order for these item #'s:
200057188275
200057188225
200057185985

I will not withdraw the negative feedback nor close the disputes unless you have refunded me my 151 dollars total. It has also been 14 days since I have emailed you the MO. It does not take that long to get there.

Thank God I didn't buy an MP4 player from Blown-Z. From what I've read elsewhere, one of his unhappy buyers is about to organize a class action lawsuit against him and encouraging other unhappy buyers to come on board. When people say they will report a seller to the police, they won't really get anywhere. But once people start talking class action suits, you know they're serious.

You better hope what you're saying is true. I have decided to follow your advice and am sending a refund request tomarrow. It's a good thing I kept my receipt, but I hope you are telling the truth when you say you did not receive my MO.

Blown-z is still looking at a suspension from eBay from the incredibly vague wording on the MP4 auctions. The auction titles are listed as "4Gb" as opposed to "4GB", never mind the fact that 99% of buyers will not recognize that there's a major difference between the two, and blown-z is completely aware of this. The need for him to list the title in gigabits is as necessary as someone listing the size of a pair of shoes on eBay in centimeters instead of inches. Its unecessary, and its a blatantly deceptive move by blown-z.

At the VERY BOTTOM of the auction, there's a blurb about how the MP4 player memory is listed in gigabits, and how to convert it in your head. If this guy wasn't a shady seller, he would just put the actual storage size IN PLAIN SIGHT in megs or in gigs, so people would immediately know what they were getting (put 512mb of storage at the top of the auction).

If he was just trying to make sure his auctions showed up in searches for a "4GB Player", he could just title it "512 Mb Player not 4GB". That in itself is misleading for searches, but at least people would immediately know they aren't getting 4 gigs of memory. I'm not moved by attempts to refund the people that are threatening to report him (that's self preservation, not having a loving heart). For every one person refunded, there seems to be 50 more that won't get what they expected, and he knows this, otherwise his titles and descriptions wouldn't be so vague and misleading. If he doesn't revise the listings, eBay will almost certainly shut his account down. eBay isn't trying to get sucked into a lawsuit over deceptive sales tactics.

Hey Blown-Z, can you PLEASE withdraw negative feedback for me. Search your e-mail. I tried to do the form on eBay again but it said I've already done it.

Please also check My Messages on eBay, that might have a link to it. PLEASE DO THIS.
