Problem with ebay seller zlshop
 

Here is the problem I bought a mp3/mp4 player from ebay the guys seller name is zlshop or pdeal.com from Gainesville florida. It was a 2G and I think it actually was because it had a samsung K9LAGO8UOM memory chip.

I bought it on Nov.19 recieved it on Dec.2 I sent him a money order and it all went well till the player crashed after one day of use,so i contacted him and told him the problem, and he said sent it back and he would replace it that was Dec.11, so i boxed it up last night and sent it to him this morning then i get home and check my emails to find he has filed a non payment claim against me i paid him with a U.S. Poastal service money order so I know it was good i just dont know why he would wait till now to file it.

I sent him a email asking why he filed it.
I still have the emails he sent me with the tracking number and the email saying send it back and he would replace it.

My question is what should I do seeing as i only have a few days to resolve this before ebay acts on it. If he still goes through with the claim I would HIGHLY recomend NOBODY buy anything from him. I will keep you all informed how this turns out, but any ideas on how to handle this is welcome.

Sorry it's been awhile since i have been on here but zlshop did make it good and sent me a new player and it has worked just fine for three weeks now.
I would also like to add that it is a true 2G player and not a hack so i would say he is a good seller.
The non payment dispute was a mistake i guess because he retrackted the claim the next day when i emailed him about it.

Was your original a hacked player?
Did the seller tell you buy it was like that?
I mean he might do good now for you but what happens if it happens to someone else? That's what we got to watch out for I guess.

No the first one was not a hacked player and the one he sent me to replace the first one was not hacked so i would say he is not lying but you never know he did replace it with no problems after he retracted the non payment claim witch i still don't know why he did that but all in all i would say he treated me fine and it seems to work just fine.

Know i'm just waiting for a tool to extract the 9.0.48 and 9.0.50 firmware so i can post it here incase someone else needs it for a dead player .
