david888228 has sold fake Nano clones, a mate of mine bought one, advertised in his listings as 4GB and guess what, yeah you got it 1GB.

A refund request has been sent to seller but he is ignoring mail. Looks like another Paypal claim on the way.

He has now started to get negative feedback. his feedback list has now gone private.

Looks like this seller has nothing too sell. Must have went off and made a new ID. Just read the policy of Ebay.com that sellers are not supposed to keep their feedback private. Not sure with other countries, but at least the USA rules say that.

Wow kewl, but seems that only the US ebay accounts are affected by this policy. That you can't sell anything if you set to private feedback.
Maybe ebay for all the countries should do such things too.

The seller is back on ebay trying to flog off his dodgy players in the next 24 hours! His feed back has also gone online!
