Add another bad e-bay seller to the blacklist (hitekgear)

Team, we can add another one to the list of sellers for the hacked 4GB MP4 players. I purchased one from this guy, and he has the nerve to think I'm going to send it back before he gives me a refund (SIKE).

After his initial response requesting it back and saying that it was probably defective, I have heard nothing from him. So if he wants WAR, I'll give him WAR.

Tell everyone about this seller (HITEKGEAR) that he can not be trusted.

Ditto here. I purchased two separate 2GB which at least turned out to be 1GB instead of mini memory. My first contact to him was responded to quickly for errors. After hitting this site and putting the puzzle together, I responded with the true problem. He has not responded and I do not expect to ever hear from him. I did not pay a lot for these and after the repartition/reformat, I'm pretty well still satisfied (although I did want 2GB players) but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Too bad I had already posted positive feedback before I learned of this situation!

He also got me for two of them. Supposed tO be 2gb and is only 1 gb. He is also runnin another company called GETCOOLGADGETS

I purchased a NEW BLUE 4GB 4 GB 4G MP3 MP4 VIDEO-PHOTO-AUDIO
PLAYER from hitekgear and recieved it today and

it does not work properly, is there a procedure with getting a refund through this guy I have not contacted them yet do i notify ebay or paypal first or is this a waste of time and I just paid for a learning experience. I noticed in refund procedures a RMA # did anyone try that? any tips would be greatly appreciated.
